Accreditations and Affiliations
The EduQua certification is awarded to adult continuing education institutions whose management and quality control and improvement processes have been approved.
European Mentoring and Coaching Council. This independent organization accredits coaching and mentoring training institutes that meet the profession’s quality standards.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredits coaching schools whose curriculum is deemed to be in line with international professional standards. The qualifications of the instructors, as well as the teaching methods and curriculum, are monitored and subject to regular evaluation.
Whether participants receive Level 1 and/or Level 2 certification is determined by specific criteria
Swiss Professional Association of Professional Coaches and Business Mentors
The SCA is the supporting organization for the federal professional certifications in corporate mentoring (federal certificate), supervisor-coach (federal diploma), and organizational consultant (federal diploma).
