A business mentor supports employees of an organisation or company in the progression of their careers and skills. They possess qualifications in professional coaching, technical knowledge of the relevant field, and management skills.
He provides support by alternating between three roles as needed: coach, trainer, and advisor. The mentor is regarded as a key resource within the company.
