Become a coach
Coaching is a form of support that allows a person to become aware of their potential for success, to develop it, and to be encouraged to take action towards achieving their goals, whether personal or professional. What if you became a coach?
Become a business mentor
A business mentor supports employees of an organisation or company in the progression of their careers and skills. They possess qualifications in professional coaching, technical knowledge of the relevant field, and management skills.

Our team is available to identify your individual and collective training and support needs. As professionals in support, communication, and burnout prevention, we can train your teams.
Continuous training for coaches and mentors
Every year, we offer several continuing professional development courses to broaden your knowledge and revisit your coaching practice.

Pedagogical rigour and authentic kindness!
«At b-come sàrl, I experienced a Coaching training which combines pedagogical rigour with genuine kindness. The trainers who supported us created a learning environment that was both stimulating and reassuring – where every participant, regardless of their profile and needs (including neuroatypical ones), could thrive.

Their strength? A vibrant, tailored pedagogy, founded on listening. They don't just teach methods – they embody the values of coaching: respect, empathy, clarity, and group dynamism. Their enthusiasm is infectious, their humour welcome, and their ability to adjust their approach to each learner makes all the difference.
Special mention for their mastery of neuropedagogy and inclusion – rare and valuable in the world of training.
If you're looking for a school where people are not just a slogan, but a daily practice, b-come sàrl This is an excellent address. I highly recommend it.»

«Martine sets her boundaries... or at least tries to...»
After Martine moves (see thought for May 2025), we are now faced with another chapter in Martine's life. This one may seem more or less profound depending on your own experiences, but it is just as direct.
After changing concrete aspects of her environment, Martine must now turn her attention to her inner self. You know, those famous questions:
«Why do certain situations hurt me?»
«What does that remind me of?»
«What are my needs?»
«What are my values and are they being respected?»
«Why is my inner child crying?»
«What patterns am I repeating?»
«Why do I stay in this discomfort?» and again and again.
But where to begin?
«I think, therefore I doubt, from the book by Grégoire Perroud
On 15 June, Grégoire Perroud's first book was published. It's a personal development and experience-sharing work that aims to be guilt-free.
«The absolute ... lies.»
During two recent coaching sessions, I was struck by the recurring use of «absolute words» such as «all or nothing», «always or never», «nobody or everybody», appearing in expressions like «It's not going well, and yet I do everything to make it go well», «Nothing succeeds for me», «It's always the same thing», «Nobody listens to me».
»I'd like to, but... I don't fancy it!«
Have you ever coached someone who came to you with a rather vague enthusiasm (which remains to be defined), a somewhat nebulous problem, and a goal as easily definable as the Loch Ness Monster in dense fog?
