Open to professionals who wish to develop their interpersonal and coaching skills, this ICF-accredited training (Level 1 & Level 2) is designed to help you promote delegation, improve your listening skills, and tap into your team’s own resources.

Lorsque nous parlons d’éthique, nous nous représentons une voie à suivre en accord avec nos valeurs, une manière de travailler qui nous permet de nous sentir en accord avec nous même, de nous sentir serein ou sereine dans nos décisions.
Lorsque j’évoque cet état de sérénité, je m’imagine prendre le temps de bien faire mon travail, de penser calmement et d’agir en toute conscience lorsque je passe à l’action.
Or, bienvenue dans la vie réelle, nous traversons dans notre vie quotidienne une multitude d’imprévus qui viennent bouleverser cet état de » zénitude » tant désiré.

Après Martine déménage (cf. pensée du mois de mai 2025), nous voici devant une autre tranche de vie de Martine. Celle-ci pourra vous sembler plus ou moins profonde selon vos propres expériences mais elle est toute aussi frontale.
